Based upon the tour package that you select, we provide you with luxurious accommodation, which is closest to the places of worship during your period of stay in Makkah, Madinah and Mina and Arafat. This makes it easier for you to perform your religious duty in comfort. We are renowned for serving delicious food during Hajj, where we offer you a variety of dishes so that you are fully nourished and discharge your religious obligation smoothly. For transporting you between different points during the pilgrimage, we use comfortable buses with wide seats.

Hajj And Umra Visa Requirements

  1. One application form duly completed and signed by the applicant.
  2. Two passport-sized photographs.
  3. The passport should be in order and valid for at list 6 months.
  4. visa applications should be dealt with only through a Hajj & Umrah visa services agents (listed on www.saudiembassy.org.uk consular section)
  5. A meningitis immunisation certificate. (Pilgrims must have their immunisation at least ten days before travelling)
  6. Children aged one year and over and traveling on a parent's passport must have their photograph affixed to the passport and endorsed by the authority concerned. Their photograph must also be affixed to the application form.
  7. All females should be accompanied by a Mohram, the husband, father, uncle, adult son, brother or nephew. The accompanying Mohram must be at least 17 years old.
  8. All non-UK passport holders must have permanent residency in the UK.

Important Notes

  1. Lodging of passports: from 9.00 am until 12.00 noon Monday to Friday (inclusive)
  2. Collection of processed passports: from 3.00 pm until 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 2.00pm until 3.00pm.
  3. Last day for acceptance of Umra application form is the 15th of Ramadan. For Hajj visas, acceptance of applications will commence on the 15th of Shawwal and the last day for acceptance of applications is the 25th of Dhu'l-Qada in accordance with the Hejirah calendar. Please check regulations at the beginning of each season.
  4. Visa validity starts from the date of issue.
  5. Please complete the form in BLOCK CAPITALS, BLACK INK only.
  6. Umrah and Hajj visas are granted FREE OF CHARGE.

Caution Pilgrims and Umra performers are asked not to take into Saudi Arabia any pictures, posters or written material of a political nature or for propaganda purposes. They should also respect the rules, regulations and customs of Saudi Arabia.

APPLICATIONS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE REQUIREMENTS THOROUGHLY. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY CAUSE DELAY IN THE PROGRESSING OF YOUR VISA.
